ROMA (ITALPRESS) - Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, Presidente della Fondazione UniVerde e già Ministro dell’Ambiente e delle Politiche Agricole, interviene nuovamente sul progetto del Ponte sullo Stretto, chiedendo al Governo di fermare un iter definito "assurdo, dannoso e contrario alle norme europee". "Basta sprechi. Il Governo ritiri un progetto assolutamente sbagliato” dichiara Pecoraro Scanio. "È assurdo perseverare: hanno già deciso di ritirare la delibera bocciata dalla Corte dei Conti, riconoscendo che si trattava di un atto sgangherato, come abbiamo denunciato più volte. Ora insistere tentando perfino di aggirare le norme europee sull’ambiente significa far avviare una procedura di infrazione, che bloccherebbe comunque qualunque progetto per anni". L’ex Ministro conclude con un appello diretto: “Basta. Salvini ammetta l’errore e si investano finalmente le risorse in infrastrutture realmente utili per Calabria e Sicilia.
