Durante diez años, Ulises atraviesa un Mediterráneo poblado por cíclopes, hechiceras, monstruos, dioses vengativos, pueblos imposibles y muertos que todavía tienen algo que decir. Pierde sus barcos, pierde a sus compañeros, pierde incluso su nombre. Y mientras tanto, en Ítaca, Penélope espera y Telémaco crece sin saber si su padre sigue vivo.

En este vídeo representamos La Odisea de Homero, desde la caída de Troya hasta el regreso de Ulises a Ítaca: Polifemo, Circe, las sirenas, Escila y Caribdis, el descenso al Hades, Calipso y el largo viaje de un hombre en busca de si mismo.

Una historia escrita hace casi tres mil años que sigue hablando de nosotros: del deseo de volver, de la tentación de abandonar, de la pérdida, de la identidad, de la inteligencia y de esa extraña obstinación humana por continuar navegando cuando todo indica que sería mucho más sensato quedarse en casa.
