TANKRABATT: Verkehrsminister Bilger verteidigt Entlastung! "Wir können keine Wunder versprechen!"

Bundesverkehrsminister Steffen Bilger (CDU) verteidigt den Tankrabatt als eine rasch umsetzbare und pragmatische Maßnahme. Er räumt ein, dass eine gezieltere Entlastung besser wäre, der nötige Auszahlmechanismus aber noch nicht bereitstehe. Beim Deutschland-Ticket hält Bilger die jüngste Preiserhöhung für moderat und verspricht weitere Milliardeninvestitionen in die Schiene. Zugleich äußert er sich zum Streit in der schwarz-roten Koalition und mahnt mehr Disziplin an: Diskussionen seien normal, öffentlicher Streit solle jedoch vermieden werden.
