JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Jelang Pilkada serentak 2024, Partai Demokrat masih mencari sosok yang tepat untuk diusung pada Pilkada mendatang khususnya Jakarta.

Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono menyebut tak mau tergesa -gesa mengambil keputusan, sebelum pihaknya mengumumkan nama nama bakal calon kepala daerah yang akan diusung maju Pilkada.

"Kami tidak tergesa gesa tidak terburu-buru waktunya masih ada walupun semangatnya, kami di demokrat dan teman teman di KIM masih mencari sosok yang paling tepat dan figur yang punya kans untuk menang," kata AHY, Selasa (2/7/2024).

"Kita tahu, tidak mudah tidak sederhana pasca pemilu kemarin terus kita hitung petanya seperti apa di DKI Jakarta, maupun di provinsi lain. Karena tarikannya tidak hanya di DKI tapi ada Jabar, ada Jateng, ke Jatim dan lain sebagainya," lanjutnya.
