Doch genau diese Einsätze stehen jetzt zur Diskussion.Ein Gesetzentwurf zur Stabilisierung der Krankenkassen-Finanzen sorgt für Kritik bei den Luftrettern. Die Vergütung der Luftretter soll sich in Zukunft strikt an der sogenannten Grundlohnrate orientieren - obwohl die Kosten für Personal, Technik und Betrieb viel stärker steigen als diese Grundlohnrate. Organisationen warnen: Das könnte ihre Arbeit langfristig gefährden.
