Può esistere un miglioramento genetico “buono” per l’agricoltura e di conseguenza per la nostra alimentazione? Sì, infatti esiste una pratica tradizionale che seleziona sementi resistenti nel pieno rispetto dei principi dell’agricoltura biologica; una tecnica di miglioramento genetico non invasivo basata su incroci naturali. Assolutamente niente a che fare quindi con la manipolazione genetica che sta alla base dei prodotti OGM. Tutto questo parte da un’idea illuminata che si è tradotta nella nascita della Fondazione “Seminare il Futuro” di cui NaturaSì nella persona del suo fondatore e presidente si è resa iniziatrice.
