He specializes in identifying performance gaps, setting strategic objectives, and crafting impactful learning experiences that drive business performance and maximize results. Currently, the Director of Corporate Training Services at Durham College, Robin focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities through innovative cross-sector training initiatives.
