Kejagung Geledah Rumah Riza Chalid Kasus Korupsi Minyak Mentah
Kejaksaan Agung kembali melakukan penggeledahan atas kasus korupsi impor minyak mentah Pertamina Patra Niaga.Kali ini penggeledahan dilakukan di rumah kedua pengusaha minyak Riza Chalid di kawasan Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan.
Penggeledahan rumah Panglima Polim karena diduga digunakan juga sebagai kantor oleh anak Riza Chalid, Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza yang sudah berstatus tersangka dan ditahan Kejaksaan Agung.
Kapuspenkum Kejagung Harli Siregar menjelaskan penyidik telah menggeledah 2 rumah milik pengusaha minyak Riza Chalid dalam penyidikan perkara ini.
Di rumah pertama yang beralamat di jalan Jenggala 2 Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan, penyidik telah menyita 144 bundel berkas dokumen, 34 otner, uang tunai Rp833 juta dan uang 1500 us dollar AS.
Selain menggeledah rumah Riza Chalid, penyidik juga menggeledah depo atau penyimpanan minyak impor mentah milik PT Orbit Terminal Merak di Cilegon Banten. PT Orbit Terminal Merak diketahui milik tersangka Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza.
