DEUTSCHLAND: Dramatische Trendwende am Arbeitsmarkt! Demographischer Wandel schlägt sich niederErstmals seit der Corona-Krise stagniert die Zahl der Erwerbstätigen in Deutschland: Laut einer Schätzung des Statistischen Bundesamtes waren 2025 rund 46 Millionen Menschen berufstätig – etwa 5.000 weniger als im Vorjahr. Damit endet der seit 2021 anhaltende Beschäftigungsaufwärtstrend. Die Ursachen: eine schwächelnde Konjunktur und zunehmend spürbare Folgen des demografischen Wandels. Besonders betroffen sind Branchen mit Fachkräftemangel und Regionen mit alternder Bevölkerung. Die Entwicklung gilt als Warnsignal für Wirtschaft und Politik.
