Sonia Gandhi Latest News: नागरिकता को लेकर सोनिया गांधी को झटका, राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट का आया फैसला!वोटर लिस्ट विवाद में सोनिया गांधी को बड़ा झटका लगा है.. दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ वोटर्स केस में मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट का एक साल पुराना फैसला पलट दिया.. मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी और जालसाजी के चलते FIR दर्ज करने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया था... कोर्ट ने मामले में नए सिरे से सुनवाई शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए हैं...आरोप है कि सोनिया गांधी का नाम 1980 में नई दिल्ली संसदीय क्षेत्र की मतदाता सूची में शामिल किया गया था, जबकि उन्होंने 1983 में भारतीय नागरिकता हासिल की थी... याचिका में सवाल उठाया गया था कि 1980 की नई दिल्ली की वोटर लिस्ट मे नाम कैसे शामिल हुआ... इसे लेकर बीजेपी अब हमलावर है...
Sonia Gandhi has suffered a major setback in the voter list controversy. Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court overturned a year-old Magistrate Court decision in the voters' list case against Sonia Gandhi. The Magistrate Court had rejected the demand to register an FIR against Sonia Gandhi for fraud and forgery. The court has ordered a fresh hearing in the case. The allegation is that Sonia Gandhi's name was included in the voter list of the New Delhi parliamentary constituency in 1980, even though she acquired Indian citizenship in 1983. The petition questioned how her name was included in the 1980 New Delhi voter list. The BJP is now on the offensive regarding this.
