Adapun hal itu terungkap pada sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan suap vonis lepas korporasi, pada pengurusan perkara korupsi ekspor minyak kelapa sawit mentah (CPO) di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta Pusat pada Rabu (27/8/2025).
Duduk sebagai terdakwa dalam perkara tersebut yakni eks Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan Muhammad Arif Nuryanta, tiga mantan hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Djuyamto, Ali Muhtarom dan Agam Syarif Baharudin serta panitera muda Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara Wahyu Gunawan.
Mulanya di persidangan saksi pendiri Ariyanto Arnaldo Law Firm (AALF), Ariyanto Bakri mengatakan setelah mengirimkan uang Rp 60 miliar ke rumah panitera muda Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara Wahyu Gunawan. Ia mengaku tak ada obrolan.
"Saya langsung nggak pake ngobrol lagi. Saya langsung jalan. Semua beres. Oke, semua beres," kata Ariyanto di persidangan.
Lanjutnya untuk selanjutnya akan disampaikan oleh Wahyu Gunawan.
"Maksudnya mungkin koordinasi dengan MAN. Wahyu, mungkin koordinasi dengan MAN, yang saya tangkap seperti itu. Jadi saya tinggal menunggu saja," imbuhnya.
Kemudian dikatakan Ariyanto selang dua Minggu dirinya diundang makan bersama oleh MAN.
"Ri, lu dateng nanti. Bapak, undang. Mendan (MAN), mengundang," kata Ariyanto menirukan perkataan Wahyu.
