Ia pun berdoa agar tujuh terpidana lainnya diberi jalan supaya bebas.
Dedi juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada hakim yang telah bersikap objektif dalam menangani perkara tersebut.
Menurutnya, keadilan di negeri ini masih sangat terbuka.
Dedi berharap tujuh terpidana lain yang kini masih mendekam di penjara juga bisa bebas.
Ia pun mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia yang sudah mengawal kasus ini dengan baik.
"Mari bersama-sama memberikan doa dan mencari jalan keluar agar 7 terpidana yang kini mendekam di penjara ada jalan untuk mereka bebas," kata Dedi.
"Semoga yang berbohong dalam kesaksiannya nanti bisa ditunjukkan kebohongannya," imbuh dia.
Sebelumnya, Pengadilan Negeri Bandung mengabulkan gugatan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan pada Senin (8/7/2024).
Hakim menilai, tindakan Polda Jabar yang menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka tidak sah dan tidak berdasarkan hukum.
