О лекцииДавно замечено, что есть ряд тем, которые интересны слушателю вне зависимости от его погруженности в период или регион. Большинство такого рода сюжетов, к сожалению, затруднительно обсуждать в открытой лекции без ограничения возраста слушателей, но, к счастью, у нас есть и вернейший запасной вариант — поговорим про еду. Der Mensch ist was er ißt, и, в сущности, именно вопрос питания главный при изучении каждого общества и культуры — что бы ни говорили филологи. Применительно к китайскому средневековью у нас есть как минимум два повода обратиться именно к этой характеристике периода — во-первых, примерно на рубеж тысячелетий приходится одна из революций в истории китайской кухни, а во-вторых — ну как же можно не поговорить о китайской еде, если для этого предоставляется такая прекрасная возможность?
