안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 제가 직접 만든 연어장이에요🧡
만들고 냉장고에서 2일 정도 숙성 후 먹어봤는데
간장양념이 연어 속까지 잘 배어서
겉에만 간이 된 게 아니라 속까지 맛이 잘 배어 있더라구요
너무 짜지 않고 적당한 간장 풍미에
달큰한 맛이 은은하게 올라오는데 정말 제 취향이었어요😊
가끔 연어장을 먹다 보면 간장이 너무 강해서
연어 본연의 맛이 묻혀버리는 경우도 있는데
이번에는 간장과 연어의 밸런스가 정말 좋았어요💕
연어 특유의 기름진 맛과 간장 양념의 감칠맛이 만나니까
밥 없이 먹어도 맛있고 밥과 함께 먹으면 더 맛있었어요🍚
역시 밥도둑..💕
남은 간장양념은 출출할때 간장계란밥 만들어 먹었는데
진짜 카메라 없이 먹는데도 엄지가 저절로 펴지더라구요👍
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
