The foreign ministers of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda have just signed a peace deal in Washington that they hope will bring an end to a decades-long conflict. Rwanda is accused of funding M23 rebels, one of the largest of over 100 militant groups involved in heavy fighting that has torn apart eastern Congo.
