Pengacara Harve Moeis, Harris Arthur menyatakan bahwa kliennya dengan sang istri, Sandra Dewi, membuat perjanjian pisah harta sejak sebelum menikah."Perlu saya sampaikan bahwa memang benar ada perjanjian akta perjanjian kawin Nomor 1176 tertanggal 12 Oktober Tahun 2016 yang dibuat antara Pak HM dan Bu SD. Jadi akta tersebut dibuat sebelum keduanya melangsungkan perkawinan. Perkawinan beliau dilangsungkan 9 November 2016," ujar Harris Arthur kepada MNC Media.
"Jadi kasus ini terjadi sebenarnya dengan PT RBT terjadi di 2018, jadi nggak ada kaitan antara perkawinan dengan Bu Sandra dengan Pak HM dengan kasus ini," imbuhnya.
Selain itu, Harris juga membenarkan jika sampai saat ini sudah ada tujuh unit mobil mewah yang telah disita oleh Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung). Terbaru, Kejagung menyita 3 unit mobil mewah yakni 2 Ferrari dan 1 Mercedes.
"Kalau ada barang-barang Bu SD dibelikan Pak HM, ya mungkin saja (disita). Tapi kan SD sebelum menikah sudah pisahkan itu," terang Harris.
