Si tratta di un opt-out per la Repubblica Ceca, la Slovacchia e l'Ungheria. Quindi noi siamo innocenti. È una decisione estremamente sbagliata che avvicina l'Europa alla guerra. Sembra un prestito, ma ovviamente gli ucraini non saranno mai in grado di ripagarlo. Quindi si tratta fondamentalmente di denaro perso. La presidente della Commissione ha sempre presentato due opzioni: una era il congelamento dei beni, che è fallito, e l'altra era il prestito, ma il problema del prestito era che richiedeva una decisione unanime. Alla fine abbiamo rinunciato al diritto di veto e in cambio abbiamo ottenuto l'opt-out.
