BUNDESTAG SCHRUMPFT: Die CSU trifft es hart! Bei der Wahl 2025 greift erstmals die WahlrechtsreformDie Bundestagswahl 2025 bringt eine entscheidende Veränderung: Erstmals greift die Wahlrechtsreform, die den Bundestag erheblich verkleinert. Statt 736 Abgeordneten werden es nun über 100 weniger sein. Besonders hart trifft es Direktkandidaten, denn ihre Wahl garantiert keinen Sitz mehr – entscheidend ist die Zweitstimme. Vor allem die CSU verliert stark, da viele ihrer Direktmandate entfallen. Während die Union eine Rücknahme der Reform plant, bedeutet die Änderung zunächst eine Einsparung von 125 Millionen Euro pro Jahr.
