Logo PSI yang bergambar kepala gajah berwarna merah hitam itu dinilai mirip dengan identitas PDIP.
Terkait hal itu Ketua DPP PDIP Said Abdullah buka suara dan mengaku tidak mau ambil pusing.
Said menegaskan PDIP tidak khawatir kehilangan pemilih gara-gara logonya mirip.
Hal itu karena PDIP telah memiliki basis konstituen sendiri sejak lama.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Said Abdullah pada Kamis (17/7) di Kompleks Senayan, Jakarta.
“Pemilih PDIP itu kami punya bangsa sendiri yang dari dulu sejak 1955. Dan justru semakin berkembang. Kalau itu enggak khawatir,” ujar Said.
Menurutnya logo banteng yang dimiliki PDIP sudah punya brand sendiri.
Said juga enggan mengomentari secara spesifik soal strategi branding partai lain termasuk PSI.
Ia menegaskan pihaknya fokus membesarkan PDIP, bukan mengurusi partai lain.
Adapun sebelumya PSI mengganti logonya menjadi bergambar seekor gajah berkepala merah.
Pergantian logo tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya rebranding yang dilakukan PSI. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
