"Noi abbiamo trovato che crescono, sono il 95% degli affidamenti, gli affidamenti diretti, anche quelli in consulenze, quindi senza gara e senza trasparenza. Invece la trasparenza molte volte è utile perché fa risparmiare tempo e, dietro questi affidamenti diretti di servizi, molte volte si celano sprechi di risorse pubbliche, pratiche opache che non fanno bene non solo all'amministrazione che spende di più, ma neanche alle imprese perché non vengono premiate quelle migliori, ma quelle più vicine", così Giuseppe Busia, Presidente dell'Anac a margine della Relazione al Parlamento sull'attività Anac svolta nel 2025.
