Hi Ladies! I discovered this cocktail at a restaurant in NYC that squeezes every juice fresh - right in front of you. After that, I never went back to cranberry vodka again. This is my version of a pink grapefruit gin sour -fresh squeezed grapefruit, Hendricks gin, a little lemon (the original calls for yuzu), simple syrup, and lots of ice. Yes, squeezing grapefruits by hand is a workout. But it's so worth it.The taste is the perfect balance of sour and sweet, and the color is this beautiful pink that matches everything.
