Kombes Nurhadi memiliki catatan banyak memenangkan gugatan Praperadilan.
Ia adalah pamen polri aktig yang menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Hukum Polda Jawa Barat.
Sebelumnya, ia menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Hukum di Daerah Kalimantan Barat.
Pada 2022, ia sempat ditunjuk sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Kepala Biro Logistik (Karolog) Polda Kalimantan Barat.
Ia mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menjalankan pendidikan sebagai Peserta Didik Sekolah Staf dan Pimpinan Tinggi Polri (Sespimti) Dikreg ke-32 T.A. 2023.
Nurhadi juga merupakan Alumnus Akademisi Kepolisian (Akpol) Tahun 1993.
Tercatat, Nurhadi pernah menjabat sebagai Kapolres Musirawas & Muratara, Sumatera Selatan tahun 2014 - 2015.
Setelah itu, ia menduduki jabatan Kepala Bidang Hukum (Kabidkum) Polda Kalimantan Selatan di tahun 2016.
Selain kasus praperadilan, Kombes Nurhadi sempat menangani kasus dugaan korupsi yang telah menyerap anggaran Rp 12,2 miliar tahun 2019 pada proyek pembangunan infrastruktur Jalan Tebas-Jawai di Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat.
Dalam kasus tersebut, Nurhadi berhasil memenangkan Praperadilan di Pengadilan Negeri Pontianak yang diajukan oleh Ketua Umum Kadin Kalimantan Barat, Joni Isnaini Cs sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pembangun Jalan Tebas, Kabupaten Sambas pada 2019. (Tribun-Video.com)
