Se volete fare un figurone con i vostri ospiti, questi crostini con crema di zucchine e gamberi sono proprio perfetti per l'occasione!
Una ricetta semplicissima da realizzare che riscuote sempre un enorme successo.
Mi piace servirli come antipasto e vi dirò: vanno sempre a ruba e spesso li faccio anche per l'aperitivo proposti in chiave finger food.
Le zucchine con la loro dolcezza creano un mix irresistibile con i gamberi; del resto abbinando questi due ingredienti si può fare anche uno straordinario risotto zucchine e gamberetti che piace sempre a tutti.
Per rendere più vellutata e golosa la crema di zucchine ho aggiunto della ricotta e per dare un tocco di freschezza ho utilizzato qualche foglia di menta che ci sta benissimo.
Si può mangiare anche freddo, ed è per questo che trovo che sia ideale da servire anche durante una cena estiva, magari accompagnando queste tartine con un buon bicchiere di vino bianco fresco.
Per fare dei crostini perfetti vi consiglio di utilizzare una baguette, andrà bene anche quella del giorno prima, in modo da avere i crostini quanto più uniformi possibile.

Baguette 8 fette
Code di gambero 8
Zucchine 200 g
Ricotta di pecora 100 g
Pecorino stagionato 30 g
Foglie di menta qb
Semi di sesamo bianco qb
Semi di sesamo nero qb
Olio EVO 6 cucchiai
Sale qb
Pepe nero qb
