Pertemuan yang berlangsung hampir satu jam ini membahas tiga hal utama terkait pengelolaan fiskal Jakarta, yakni pemangkasan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) Jakarta, pemanfaatan dana Bank Himbara, hingga pembangunan gedung Bank Jakarta di kawasan Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Jakarta Selatan.
Pramono menegaskan, Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta siap menyesuaikan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang turun dari Rp 95 triliun menjadi Rp 79 triliun akibat pemangkasan dana DBH sebesar Rp 15 triliun.
Agar pembangunan tetap berjalan, Pramono meminta izin kepada Kementerian Keuangan untuk menerapkan skema creative financing, termasuk melalui Jakarta Collaboration Fund.
Selain itu, keduanya juga menyinggung pemanfaatan dana Bank Himbara Rp 200 triliun, yang bisa digunakan untuk proyek bisnis dan UMKM, termasuk kemungkinan tambahan dana untuk Bank Jakarta agar bisa menyalurkan kredit lebih luas ke sektor riil.
