Protestas por apagones en Cuba: Guantánamo y Jiguaní salen a la calle y Otaola pide a los cubanos coordinarse y protestar todos a la vez.En este comentario, Alexander Otaola sostiene que los apagones de 30 horas o más ya no se aguantan y que el régimen solo responde con consignas. Parte de las protestas de vecinos en Guantánamo y en Jiguaní, Granma, que han salido a la calle tras días sin corriente, y advierte que mientras cada pueblo proteste por su cuenta, sin saber que los demás hacen lo mismo, el poder puede apagarlas una a una.
Su propuesta es concreta: ponerse de acuerdo en código por WhatsApp, Revolico o las redes de juegos, salir a la misma hora en todas las provincias y mantenerse hasta el amanecer, por etapas. Insiste en que se trata de desobediencia civil no violenta y pide a los opositores que siguen en la isla que lleven el mensaje de municipio en municipio.
Otaola recuerda además que el secretario de Estado, Marco Rubio, dijo esta semana que este es el momento para Cuba, y cita llamados similares de congresistas cubanoamericanos de Miami. Al final del video se incluye un mensaje sobre el referendo de la marina de Virginia Key, en Miami.
