Diketahui dalam kasus ini, polisi menangkap dua orang pelaku masing-masing berinisial N (26) dan B (27).
Berdasarkan pengakuan N, ia melakukan pembunuhan dan rudapaksa di satu sekolah yang berada di daerah Malintang, Kecamatan Salimpaung, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Sumatera Barat.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tanah Datar, AKP Surya Wahyudi mengatakan, N kemudian menghubungi pelaku B untuk memintanya membawakan sesuatu untuk menutupi korban.
Kemudian pelaku B datang kembali dengan membawa sebuah karung.
Pembunuhan tersebut diketahui bermotif sakit hati.
Pelaku emosi setelah dimaki-maki korban dengan perkataan kotor.
Pelaku B mengaku kepada polisi, ia tidak ikut mengeksekusi korban.
B hanya hadir dan melihat pelaku N mencekik korban.
Atas perbuatannya N terancam dijerat pasal 340 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana juncto pasal 80, 81, 82 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak.
Sementara B dijerat dengan pasal 340 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana.
