JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sekjen Peradi Bersatu, Ade Darmawan mengklaim kasus fitnah yang menjerat terpidana Silfester Matutina telah daluwarsa."Kalau kita berbicara tentang daluwarsa, daluwarsanya satu tindak pidana. Itu tidak hanya pada putusan pengadilan tapi mulai dari penuntutan itu ada daluwarsanya, penangkapan juga ada. (Kasus Silfester) pastinya daluwarsa," ujar Ade Darmawan, Jakarta, pada Jumat (15/8/2025).
