Durian lover: Kuih Bakar Durian
Musim durian belum habis lagi kan? Memandangkan durian pun masih ada lagi pastu kat pasar pun ada jual.. moh ler kita buat kuih bakar durian.. memang umphh😋Bahan-bahan:
½ cawan isi durian
1 ½ cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan gula
1 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan air pandan
1 biji telur
1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
2 sudu besar marjerin cair
Secubit garam
Bijan untuk tabur
Cara membuat:
1. Masukkan santan pekat, telur, tepung gandum, marjerin yang telah dicarikan, garam, gula, esen vanilla, ke dalam blender. Kisar sampai sebati.
2. Masukkan isi durian. Gaul sebati sahaja isi durian dengan adunan yang telah dikisar tadi. Nak nampak lebih durian tu, boleh campurkan pewarna kuning.
2. Masukkan dalam loyang yang telah disapu marjerin. Tuang dan tabur bijan.
3. Bakar pada 60 celsius selama 20 minit. 5 minit terakhir tukar pada suhu 200 untuk rangup di atas.
