Aux problèmes économiques s'ajoutent des tensions permanentes, et des guerres successives avec Israël. Pendant plusieurs mois, les caméras ont suivi le quotidien de Gazaouis qui assurent 'ne plus rien avoir à perdre'. Certains attendent un futur plus prospère, comme le businessman Waël Selmey, tandis que d'autres ne rêvent que de quitter définitivement l'enclave palestinienne. Ramiz, lui, a choisi de rester et de dénoncer la dictature du Hamas, au péril de sa vie. Mahmoud Zahar, l'un des fondateurs du parti islamiste, est interviewé.Le documentaire propose une plongée dans le quotidien des habitants de la bande de Gaza, confrontés aux blocus des habitants et des marchandises, des tensions avec Israël et des conflits internes.
