Suasana Mencekam! Kapal Kemanusiaan Gaza Sumud Flotilla Dicegat Militer Israel, Relawan Ditahan
LAUT MEDITERANIA, KOMPAS.TV - Sejumlah kapal kemanusiaan Sumud Flotilla beserta relawan disergap dan ditahan pihak keamanan Israel.Penyergapan dilakukan pada Rabu (1/10) Malam hingga Kamis (2/10) Pagi waktu setempat.
Sebelum melakukan penyergapan dan penahanan, pihak Israel sempat mengirim ancaman melalui radio komunikasi. Ancaman tersebut dijawab langsung oleh Thiago Avila selaku Steering Committee yang menegaskan bahwa misi Flotilla ini bersifat damai dan sah secara hukum internasional.
Suasana semakin menegangkan saat rombongan relawan di atas kapal lainnya terlihat mengangkat tangan, tanda mereka juga turut disergap.
Sementara itu, kapal observer yang ditumpangi Husein Gaza dan rombongan berhasil menjauh guna mengumpulkan dan melengkapi bukti-bukti pelanggaran hukum internasional yang diduga dilakukan pihak Israel.
Disaat bersamaan sejumlah relawan yang sudah ditangkap merilis video SOS tanda bahaya dan pertolongan untuk menarik perhatian dunia internasional.
