Jaga Kualitas, Dapur MBG di Purbalingga Rutin Monitoring ke Sekolah
PURBALINGGA, KOMPAS.TV - SPPG Kalikajar 1, Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah, rutin monitoring langsung ke sekolah bersama TNI dan Polri.Hal ini dilakukan demi menjaga kualitas menu MBG dan untuk mendengarkan keluh kesah langsung dari penerima manfaat.
SPPG Kalikajar 1, Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah, rutin melakukan monitoring langsung ke sekolah penerima manfaat Makan Bergizi Gratis.
Hal ini dilakukan demi memastikan kualitas menu MBG bisa sampai ke tangan siswa dengan baik.
Satu minggu sekali, kepala SPPG bersama TNI dan Polri rutin melakukan monitoring ke sekolah penerima manfaat program MBG. Monitoring ini diisi dengan diskusi terkait permasalahan seputar program MBG yang terjadi, dan juga koordinasi operasional program MBG di sekolah terkait.
SPPG Kalikajar 1 melayani 44 sekolah mulai PAUD hingga SMA, serta penerima manfaat B3: balita, bumil, dan busui di sekitar Kecamatan Kaligondang, Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah.
Untuk menjaga kualitas, SPPG ini mengolah makanan dalam dua sesi, yakni pertama pada pukul 02.00 WIB, dan sesi kedua pada pukul 04.00 WIB.
