그냥 통닭이 아니라 오징어먹물을 넣어서 튀긴 통닭이에요🖤
새까만 비주얼이라 마치 탄 것처럼 보이죠?
저도 튀겨놓고 비주얼보고 살짝 놀라긴 했거든요 ㅎㅎ
겉이 새까맣게 올라와 있어서 얼핏 보면
완전 과하게 튀긴 것처럼 보이는데 사실은 전혀 아니랍니다!
겉은 완전 노릇노릇 바삭바삭하게 잘 튀겼고
속은 아주 촉촉하게 딱 좋게 잘 익었어요!
한 입 베어 무는 순간
겉에서 바사삭! 하고 소리가 나고
속에서는 촉촉한 육즙이 스르르 흘러요
이 촉촉한 매력 때문에 주기적으로 통닭이 생각난다니까요ㅎㅎ
먹물 특유의 향이 강할 줄 알았는데
의외로 은은하게 감칠맛만 더해주는 정도라서
큰 차이는 없지만 살짝 짭조름하다 정도?
오히려 일반 통닭보다 풍미가 더 깊어진 느낌이었어요
비주얼은 완전 블랙인데
속은 노릇노릇 잘 익은 통닭이라
확실한 반전 매력이 있는 메뉴였어요 🖤🍗
