Die Investmentbranche ist ziemlich kreativ. Und eine ihrer jüngsten Erfindungen sind Lifecycle-ETFs. Bisher kannte man solche Produkte, die mit der Zeit automatisch das Risiko aus dem Portfolio nehmen, nur aus der Welt der aktiv gemanagten Investmentfonds. Jetzt gibt es auch entsprechende ETFs. Wie sie funktionieren und welche Vor- und Nachteile sie haben. „Es ist quasi eine Geldanlage mit Ablaufdatum. Also diese ETFs haben ein Datum im Namen, zum Beispiel 2030, 2033. Das ist das Zieldatum. Man fängt mit einer relativ hohen Aktienquote an, die sich dann immer weiter über die Jahre abbaut und am Ende sehr gering ist. Das spiegelt auch unseren Lebenszyklus wider. Man sagt ja häufig, dass man mit zunehmendem Alter aus dem Risiko rausgehen und die Aktienquote runterfahren sollte“, so Jessica Schwarzer. „Ob es schon das richtig gute Altersvorsorgeprodukt ist, würde ich noch bezweifeln. Aber ich gehe sehr davon aus, dass noch einiges kommen wird."
