Nel 1977 Vittorio Moretti, di professione costruttore, decide di produrre bollicine metodo classico a Erbusco, in Franciacorta, dove da poco più di 15 anni si stava sviluppando un distretto del vino. La sua visione è molto chiara: una collina, i vigneti, una casa e una cantina. Oggi attorno a quella visione - il vino al centro, e poi ospitalità e accoglienza - le tre figlie stanno pianificando il futuro dell'azienda, sia in Bellavista che nelle tenute in Sardegna (Sella&Mosca, Alghero) e in Toscana (Petra, Suvereto).
