Non si è fatta attendere la replica, ironica ed enogastronomica, dell’assessore regionale all’Agricoltura e alle Politiche Alimentari, Francesco Paolicelli, dopo la stroncatura da parte del magazine mensile «Gambero Rosso» del pane di Altamura, definito «sopravvalutato, una delusione».Dagli stand della Fiera del Levante l’assessore ha postato sul suo profilo Instagram un video nel quale taglia una fetta del pane (peraltro della sua città natale, Altamura) e la accompagna con un gambero rosso crudo, condendo il tutto con olio di oliva rigorosamente pugliese.Poi il morso e l’assaggio (con una espressione di puro piacere per il palato) e una didascalia breve ma efficace: «Con il Gambero Rosso è ancora più buono».
