İşte Ayhan Bora Kaplan dosyası gizli tanığı Serdar Sertçelik ve tutuklu polis Şevket Demircan’ın iddianameye giren telefon görüşmesi.
Sadece eski Adalet Bakanı Bekir Bozdağ yok. Mücahit Arslan ismi de iddianameye girmiş.
Ayhan Bora Kaplan dosyasının gizli tanığı yapılan ve M7 ismi verilen Serdar Sertçelik ile ‘darbe yaptılar’ denilerek tutuklanan emniyet müdürlerinden Şevket Demircan’ın telefon görüşmesi.
Bu kayıtlar iddianameye girdi. M7 Serdar Sertçelik, dosyayı sulandırmak için, kesip biçtiği ses kayıtları ile algı yaratmaya çalışmıştı. Polisler benden bazı Bakan ve AKP’lilerin ismini istediler demişti. Sertçelik’in bu kurgusuna ise bazı gazeteciler, işin aslını bildikleri halde balıklama atlamışlardı. Amaç hem suç örgütünü aklamak hem de ona uzanan üst düzey bürokrasi, emniyet ve yargı yetkililerini suç örgütü çemberinden çıkarmaktı. Ancak tutuklu polislerin iddianamesine giren materyaller ve iddialar onları çürüttü.
Serdar Sertçelik’e isim sorulmamış, o olay ve isimleri kendiliğinden anlatmıştı. Halen Macaristan’da cezaevinde ve Türkiye’ye iadesi bekleniyor.
