Hal ini merespons soal pemanggilan KPK terhadap Hasto Kristiyanto.
Menurut Chico, dugaan tersebut muncul lantaran pemanggilan KPK tak berselang lama dari pemeriksaan Polda Metro Jaya.
"Terkait apakah ini politisasi atau bentuk pembungkaman, kami melihat memang ada pola seperti itu," kata Chico kepada Tribunnews.com, Selasa (4/6/2024).
Hasto sendiri dijadwalkan akan menghadiri panggilan KPK pada pekan depan, namun belum dapat dipastikan waktu tepatnya.
Adapun belakangan KPK memang sedang gencar mengusut kasus Harun Masiku yang sudah jadi DPO sejak empat tahun silam terkait dugaan suap pergantian antar waktu (PAW) anggota DPR RI periode 2019-2024.
Terbaru KPK sudah memeriksa saksi yakni mahasiswa dan pengacara untuk mencari tahu keberadaan Harun Masiku, termasuk pihak yang menyembunyikannya.
Bahkan penyidik KPK sempat memanggil mantan komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan pada Desember 2023 lalu.
KPK juga sampai menggeledah kediaman Wahyu di Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah pada 12 Desember 2023.
