۵ دلیل که آدمها بعد از صمیمی شدن ناپدید میشوند
تا دیروز صمیمی بود، حرف میزد، توجه میکرد… اما ناگهان ناپدید شد؟این رفتار را معمولاً «گوستینگ» مینامیم؛ یعنی وقتی یک نفر بدون توضیح روشن، بدون خداحافظی و بدون اینکه مسئولیت پایان ارتباط را بپذیرد، فاصله میگیرد یا ارتباط را قطع میکند.
اما چرا بعضی آدمها دقیقاً بعد از صمیمی شدن ناپدید میشوند؟
در این ویدیو دربارهی ۵ دلیل مهم صحبت میکنم: ترس از صمیمیت، فرار از مسئولیت عاطفی، از دست دادن علاقه بدون جرئت گفتنش، نیاز به توجه بدون آمادگی برای رابطه، و ناتوانی در گفتوگوی شفاف.
اگر تجربهی گوست شدن داشتهای، احتمالاً میدانی که فقط رفتنِ یک نفر دردناک نیست؛ ابهام، جواب نگرفتن و سؤالهایی که در ذهن باقی میمانند گاهی حتی سختترند.
اما یادت باشد:
ناپدید شدن یک نفر، لزوماً نشانهی کافی نبودن تو نیست.
کسی که نمیتواند یک گفتوگوی محترمانه برای پایان دادن به رابطه داشته باشد، احتمالاً ظرفیت ساختن یک رابطهی امن را هم ندارد.
