आज मैं बात कर रही हूं एक ऐसी दुखती रग की
जिससे लगभग लगभग हम सभी गुजरते हैं या गुजर रहें हैं
और वो Pain Point है लोग मेरी इज्जत ही नहीं करते... मेरी कद्र ही नहीं करते
क्या आपको भी लगता है कि लोग आपकी कद्र या Value नहीं करते?
इसका कारण पता है क्या है?
हमारी ही जाने अनजाने में कुछ ऐसी गलतियां कर बैठते हैं
जिससे हमारी ही अहमियत कम हो जाती है
आज के वीडियो में मैं बताऊंगी वो 3 बड़ी गलतियां
जैसा कि अपनी लक्ष्मण रेखा यानि Boundaries न बनाना
खुद की कद्र न करना यानि खुद से प्यार ही ना करना मतलब Self-Love की कमी
और तीसरी और बहुत जरुरी बात है कि दूसरों से बहुत ज्यादा उम्मीदें रख लेना
देखिए सीधी सी बात है अपनी वैल्यू बढ़ाना हमारे अपने हाथ में है
इस वीडियो में मैंने उन्हीं छोटी-छोटी लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण बातों को साझा किया है
इन पर ध्यान देकर आप अपनी अहमियत बढ़ा सकते हैं
और लोगों के दिल में अपनी जगह बना सकते हैं
याद रखिए खुद की कद्र करना सीखेंगे तभी दुनिया भी आपकी कद्र करेगी
किसी को दिल में उतनी ही जगह दो जितनी वो दे
वरना या तो वो रोएगा या हम खुद ही सिर पकड़ कर रोएगे
