Italy and Spain have dispatched naval vessels to assist the Gaza-bound aid flotilla after activists reported multiple drone strikes targeting their ships in the Mediterranean. The Global Sumud Flotilla, carrying more than 500 volunteers, says the attacks caused damage and communication blackouts, with an unexploded device still on one vessel. Israel has vowed to stop the flotilla, citing its naval blockade, while offering to transfer the aid through Ashkelon.
