[FULL] DPR, JPPI dan Pakar Gizi Soroti Kasus Keracunan, Ada yang Salah di Mekanisme Penyaluran MBG?
KOMPAS.TV - Deretan kasus keracunan Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) mencuat dalam beberapa pekan terakhir. Pihak sekolah bahkan meminta siswa untuk tidak melanjutkan makan. Polisi hingga Balai Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan turun tangan memeriksa saksi dan sampel MBG.Keracunan MBG antara lain terjadi di wilayah Cipongkor, Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat, dengan jumlah siswa keracunan mencapai lebih dari 360 orang. Begitu juga di Garut, ada 150 siswa dari tiga sekolah yang keracunan MBG.
Lalu, di Banggai Kepulauan, Sulawesi Tengah, tercatat ada 230 siswa yang keracunan.
Pemerintah mencatat lebih dari 5.000 siswa mengalami keracunan usai menyantap MBG. Kepala Kantor Staf Kepresidenan, Mohammad Qodari, bilang pemerintah melakukan pencatatan kasus melalui sejumlah badan.
Ketua DPR RI, Puan Maharani, meminta pemerintah melakukan evaluasi total terhadap pelaksanaan program MBG. Hal itu perlu dilakukan agar tidak ada lagi siswa yang dirugikan dalam program MBG.
Sebelumnya, siswa di sejumlah daerah diduga keracunan usai menyantap menu Makanan Bergizi Gratis.
Imbas banyaknya kasus dugaan keracunan, Badan Gizi Nasional bakal membentuk tim investigasi untuk menyelidiki menu hingga dapur program Makanan Bergizi Gratis.
Badan Gizi Nasional menilai belum tentu semua makanan yang bermasalah memicu keracunan.
Merespons banyaknya kasus keracunan MBG, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) mendesak evaluasi total program MBG. ICW menilai tata kelola program MBG buruk dan minim pengawasan.
Program MBG baik sebagai intervensi pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah gizi buruk dan kesehatan siswa, serta menggerakkan roda perekonomian.
Menurut ICW, pemerintah harus memastikan perbaikan tata kelola, akuntabilitas, dan orientasinya benar-benar kepada siswa dan sekolah.
