Atommüll-Endlager: Die Suche, die nie endet
Der leere Joghurt-Becher kommt in die gelbe Tonne – und der Atommüll? Seit Jahren wird in Deutschland ein geeignetes Endlager für hochradioaktiven Müll gesucht. Das Ziel: Für eine Million Jahre sollen die Überreste der Atomkraftwerke sicher unterirdisch gelagert werden. Doch die Suche nach einem geeigneten Standort geht nur schleppend voran. Es könnte sich sogar bis ins Jahr 2074 hinziehen, bis eine erste Entscheidung fällt.
