Awalnya tim kuasa hukum Polda Jabar itu berulang kali memastikan panggilan Pegi Setiwan adalah Perong.
Namun hal itu juga dibantah oleh saksi, Dede Kurniawan hingga berkali-kali.
Dede menekankan bahwa panggilan Pegi yang menjadi tersangka dalam kasus Vina itu merupakan Pegok bukan Perong seperti yang diutarakan kuasa hukum Polda Jabar.
Setelahnya, kuasa hukum Polda Jabar pun berujar bahwa O dan Rong hampir mirip.
"Pego ya, o sama rong hampir mirip, ya", ucap kuasa hukum Polda Jabar.
Ucapan kuasa hukum Polda Jabar itu pun langsung disoraki oleh pengunjung sidang praperadilan.
"Maksa," sorak para pengunjung sidang.
