두툼한 소갈비는 처음에 핏물을 충분히 빼고
압력솥에 한 번 부드럽게 삶아준 뒤 매콤한 양념에 다시 졸여냈어요!
이렇게 하면 잡내도 잡히고 고기도 속까지 부드럽게
익으면서도 양념이 제대로 배어든답니다💕
두툼한 소갈비에 매콤한 양념이 속까지 배어들어
한 입 먹는 순간 부드럽게 풀어지는 식감이 정말 최고였고
국물까지 자작하게 졸여서 밥이랑 비벼 먹으면 그야말로 밥도둑!
특히 소갈비 특유의 진한 고기 풍미와 매운 양념이 만나니
국물 한 숟가락마다 깊고 묵직한 맛이 아주 기가 막히더라구요
무엇보다 큼직한 고깃덩어리를 잡고 뜯어먹는 재미까지!
아주 만족스러운 한 끼였습니다
