Puan Sebut Belum Terima Surat Pemakzulan Wapres Gibran, Janji Proses Jika Masuk | KOMPAS MALAM

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Genap satu bulan sejak surat usulan pemakzulan Wapres Gibran Rakabuming dilayangkan ke DPR dan MPR, sampai saat ini belum ada kejelasan jadi tidaknya DPR/MPR memproses kelanjutan surat yang ditandatangani empat jenderal purnawirawan itu.

Ketua DPR, Puan Maharani, mengaku belum menerima surat soal usulan pemakzulan Wapres Gibran. Namun, Puan menjanjikan akan memproses surat itu sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku.

Desakan berupa usulan memakzulkan putra sulungnya dari jabatan Wapres, Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo menduga ada agenda besar politik untuk menurunkan reputasi politik keluarganya.

Sebelumnya, Forum Purnawirawan Prajurit TNI mengirimkan surat usulan pemakzulan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming ke DPR dan MPR. Salah satu pertimbangan usulan pemakzulan adalah dugaan pelanggaran terhadap hukum acara di Mahkamah Konstitusi dan kekuasaan kehakiman dalam proses pencalonannya di Pemilihan Presiden 2024.
