In seguito a un piccolo incendio divampato lo scorso 29 luglio presso lo Spin Time in via di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme a Roma, gli occupanti dello stabile, circa 400 persone, sono stati fatti uscire per ragioni di sicurezza e la struttura è stata dichiarata inagibile.
