🔴 Setenta y dos horas después de la ruptura de negociaciones, con el estrecho de Ormuz bajo presión, con el bloqueo naval estadounidense en marcha y con el precio energético marcando el ritmo del conflicto, la negociación reaparece en un escenario distinto. Pakistán entra como mediador activo sobre el terreno, con contactos directos en Teherán y con una segunda ronda en preparación que ya no responde al mismo marco que la anterior. Estados Unidos endurece sus condiciones, Irán mantiene su posición sobre el control del paso y el expediente nuclear, y la tregua que vence el 22 de abril se convierte en el verdadero objetivo inmediato.
🔴 El conflicto entra así en una segunda fase definida por la simultaneidad de dos dinámicas: presión máxima y negociación abierta. Mientras Washington trata de imponer un nuevo equilibrio a través del control marítimo y el desgaste militar, Teherán mantiene la capacidad de condicionar el tráfico energético global sin necesidad de una escalada total. La nueva ronda no busca simplemente retomar el diálogo, sino redefinir las condiciones del enfrentamiento en un contexto en el que el tiempo, el coste y el control de Ormuz determinan el resultado.
