Il territorio dell’Etna ha una storia lunga 2.700 anni, da quando i greci piantarono le prime uve. Il vulcano ha poi conosciuto diverse evoluzioni, e a partire dagli anni Novanta sta riscoprendo un nuovo fermento. Tra i custodi di questa terra c’è Marco Cangemi, amministratore unico di Antichi Vinai, che negli anni è diventato un vero e proprio punto di riferimento per i viticoltori che arrivano in questo punto della Sicilia.
