Asosiasi Komposer Seluruh Indonesia (AKSI) menemui Kementerian Hukum (Kemenkum) guna mendesak pemerintah agar merampungkan revisi Undang-undang Hak Cipta yang masih dianggap keliru.Pertemuan mereka didorong atas konflik yang belakangan panas antara penyanyi Agnez Mo dan pencipta lagu Ari Bias. Musisi AKSI yang turun datang di antaranya Piyu Padi Reborn, Anji Manji, Badai, hingga Denny Chasmala.
"Kami dari pencipta lagu hanya mengawasi saja atau mungkin ikut mengkritik, 'Pak Menteri tolong bagian ini itu'. Harapannya, supaya para pencipta lagu ini hidupnya sejahtera, mendapatkan haknya," kata Piyu di Kantor Kemenkum, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (27/2/2025).
