Shakira logra victoria contra Hacienda en España; ordenan devolverle más de 6o millones de euros

La cantante colombiana Shakira consiguió una importante victoria legal en España luego de que la Justicia anuló una sanción fiscal en su contra y ordenó la devolución de más de 55 millones de euros, equivalentes a más de 64 millones de dólares.

La resolución fue emitida por la Audiencia Nacional, un tribunal español especializado en asuntos financieros complejos, que determinó que la Agencia Tributaria no logró demostrar que la artista residiera en España durante más de 183 días en 2011, criterio clave para considerarla residente fiscal en el país.
